The Western Dairyman

Nearly 70 years after they were introduced in the U.S., interest in rotary milking parlors is booming in the west. However, producer interest may be even greater in México, where several large, fully automated (computer I.D., meter and takeoffs) systems are already in operation. Shown below is the 72-stall Madero Dairy Systems installation at the Eduardo Tricio Dairy in Torreón, México, which will eventually milk 2,800 cows 3X. Note how all lines and receiver are located on the inside of te parlor, rather than the outside.
